THE RESTAURANT

Our AA rated and award-winning restaurant provides a relaxing and comfortable environment to enjoy a superb meal. We offer an excellent selection of dishes using ingredients sourced wherever possible from local suppliers, including produce from our own garden. Special dietary requirements can normally be met and in good weather, guests can eat outside in the garden. Private parties are most welcome by prior arrangement and we recommend booking for all occasions to avoid disappointment.

We are open daily for lunch until 2.00pm and for afternoon tea until 5.00pm. We re-open at 7.00pm for our three-course £32.50 evening dinner (last orders: 9.00pm). Every Sunday (12.30 - 2.30pm) we offer a traditional roast... £19.95 (three courses inc. coffee), £16.50 (two courses inc. coffee). If you prefer just a steak or a lighter meal we also have a bar menu which is available to both residents and non-residents.
